CHANGE

CAUSE AND EFFECT
No one has ever heard of a cause or effect without a cause without an effect ... When something happens you do not want, try to find why it happened. Nothing happens by chance. DUALITY IN NATURE
There is a continual change in the outside world. Life and death meet. There are light and darkness, sun and shadow, pleasure and pain, heat and cold, love and hate ... etc. These opposites are endless. But we love some and hate others. We want good, not bad. We thirst for pleasure, hate pain.
But life is made up of all these experiences: good and bad, difficult, easy, simple and complex. We want the pleasant and not rude. Thus, we impoverish our lives. To live is to experience it all. We want no honey and the sting of the bee. The mother wants a child but not the pain of childbirth. This is due to ignorance. The pleasure is not without penalty. Also nothing is entirely bad or good, absolutely. There are only differences. Cobra venom can be deadly, and also save lives in other therapeutic circumstances. Everything is relative, ie. Good and evil are relative. What is good for one is bad for another. And everything is a mixture of good and evil. So accept reality as it is expressed in the duality and adapt yourself accordingly.

UNITY OF EXISTENCE

Consciously or unconsciously, we journey towards unity, because we know that unity is the happiness and suffering separation. An action that leads to unity is just that which leads to separation is bad. It is only once transcended the differences and changes that the sage becomes one with everything.

THE MIND
It is what keeps you away from reality. You should always direct you here and now. The mind always takes appearance for reality. How to tell if we see the reality or appearance? MEMORY

EMOTION

DESIRE
Desires are born of the dual belief that we can get something from another and that we can keep permanently. These two beliefs are false. Nobody gives anything. The other gives only himself if he gets what he wants. Also you should first give. And in so doing, we are not sure that the other actually received, it can be ignored. Then we can keep believing anything is to ignore the impermanence of everything. So, seeing this, we are no longer carried away by desire. But while they are there, these desires, we must welcome. We should certainly not send them back, but consciously realize and see where they lead us. If the result is positive, we can keep them. If they cause suffering, then they should disappear.

TENSION
Tension locked in suffering. Opening our hearts, to liberate tensions measured by the lucidity. Open, we are free. When you are completely open, everyone's best interest is your interest, you are one with the world.

The EGO
The ego is what makes us say "That's mine! "This is the projection on the outside. It is the reaction of desire or refusal, in other words the emotion. Former movere, moves outward (self). The ego is subjectivity, in the usual sense. Everything to me. We can not know something that's experimenting, and for this we must say yes, welcome. So when there is no effort or to run to, or to flee, one feels that one is with what is. Similarly when you work, you must be totally present. If you eat, then "you eat". That's it. COMPANY

SEE AND THINK
