The only real answer to this question is:
To experience happiness, to be happy! But what then is happiness? Happiness is a lasting state of fullness and satisfaction, a pleasant and balanced state of mind and body, hence the pain, worry and confusion are absent, a state of consciousness fully satisfied. - Our vehicle of incarnation, the physical body has been designed to happiness, to be happy.
- Our soul, superconscious aspect that inspires us and guides us also has one ultimate goal, our happiness, make us happy.
- But our consciousness, the psychic interface between our physical body and our soul, supposed to run our lives, unfortunately has more in mind this important objective.
The spirit of human beings is composed of three main faculties and complementary: - Unconsciousness, which manages our previous experiences and recycles all of our past.
- Consciousness, which reveals the moment and that records time after time our successive experiments.
- The superconscious, which caters for all our possible futures and influencing our future.

Laurent Dureau wrote this article explaining the different dimensions.)  In all disciplines, there is always a specific terminology that has the gift of annoying those who do not know. Currently, in the terminology of "new world", designations 3D, 4D and 5D are all the rage.
3D means the third dimension and pan, everyone thinks the three-dimensional space x, y and z. Some clever push the cap over time for 4D (space-time) but they completely scotchent for 5D! So, maestro, give us your explanation ... To stay in the vein of spacetime, we could very well begin to dream that the fifth dimension is that of the heart, of true love. Téléchargez gratuitement La Science des Extraterrestres  Suite à l'intérêt que j'ai porté à la recherche de possibilités d'études et de « mises en équation » de la théorie du « temps 3D » vue en 2002 par Eric Julien (dénommé « l'auteur » dans la suite de mon texte), il m'a proposé de m'envoyer une avant-version de son livre ( La Science des Extraterrestres ); proposition que j'ai acceptée avec plaisir afin de voir ce qu'il avait pu faire de consistant. Tous ceux qui connaissent ses travaux sur le « temps 3D » et les diverses polémiques qui s'en suivirent sauront de quoi je parle lorsque je dirai qu'un différent était présent entre Eric Julien et moi concernant ses propos sur le « temps 3D » . En effet, après recherches je m'étais aperçu que d'autres scientifiques russes (Kozyrev, Bartini, Veinik, Chernobrov, dont les noms avaient été cités diversement ici sur les forums et par d'autres personnes) avaient déjà travaillé sur des théories du temps à densité variable, et avaient eu des idées d'application à des phénomènes paranormaux (télépathie). Tout ceci m'avait conduit à conclure que le travail de Eric Julien sur le sujet était du simple brodage autour de travaux qui n'étaient pas de lui; et je m'étais largement exprimé sur ce sujet. Il s'en est ensuite défendu après plusieurs mois d'absence et évidemment il régnait une certaine tension entre nous. Malgré tout il m'a proposé très cordialement de lui donner mon impression sur son ouvrage. D'autres personnes encore ont produit diverses théories ayant trait à l'aspect fractal du temps et à sa densité variable dont je ne connaissais pas les travaux avant d'avoir lu ce qu'ils avaient fait par le biais de l'ouvrage « La Science des Extraterrestres » (dont les références renvoient par exemple sur le site du physicien français Jean-Pierre Garnier-Malet dont les travaux sur le dédoublement sont proches de certaines choses qu'énonce Eric Julien et dont il se sert pour formuler une partie de sa théorie en langage scientifique). En fait, au final, c'est une pluie de diverses accusations qui sont tombées sur son travail car pour certains aspects il ressemble par morceaux à des choses qui ont déjà été faites de ci de là, et comme Eric Julien ne mettait aucune référence à ces divers autres travaux on était en droit de plus de se poser des questions et d'être soupçonneux. Alors… me direz-vous, pourquoi le livre a de l'intérêt ? Tout simplement parce qu'en le lisant de manière détaillée (et je l'ai décortiqué ligne par ligne, cela m'a pris du temps : j'y suis allé comme une fourmi besogneuse) on se rend bien compte que finalement les éléments qu'il a utilisé et qui ne sont pas de lui seraient comme des accompagnements d'un morceau de musique : ils existent en dehors du morceau lui-même, peuvent être utiles et indispensables parfois à l'écoute du morceau, parfois simplement servent d'agréments, mais ils sont loin d'être en fait le coeur du morceau lui-même. Il n'ya donc pas de plagiat des auteurs dont j'ai parlé. (il faut bien reconnaître ses torts quand on le doit pour une vérité qui se reconnaît). L'auteur de la théorie de la « relativité absolue » (expression d'Eric Julien) reconnait dans cet ouvrage ouvertement les travaux des divers participants qui ont travaillé sur le temps et qui ont été utilisé par lui à titre d'illustration ou simplement qui ont un trait commun et qui confirment plusieurs points de sa théorie. En même temps on voit comment ces travaux sont chacun une vision de l'ensemble par un petit bout de la lorgnette face à la cohérence qui se dégage de son ouvrage. C'est une théorie, dont la preuve expérimentale reste à produire ; mais pour laquelle justement les travaux expérimentaux des divers précurseurs sont autant de preuves déjà faites ; et de confirmations par des concepteurs d'idées au fonctionnement d'esprit différent. Mon opinion sur ce livre est qu'il est hautement cohérent. J'ai dû poser de nombreuses questions à Eric Julien afin de clarifier certaines choses qui allaient un peu vite pour moi parfois, mais en fin de compte il a répondu avec brio aux petites interrogations qui sont en fait de temps en temps dûs à quelque sous-entendus ou non-dits dont le détail demanderait plusieurs dizaines de pages de plus parfois. Sachant que l'ouvrage fait plus de 462 pages déjà, il a préféré ne pas le rendre indigeste en coupant court par moment (mais rarement). C'est vrai qu'à travers quelques lectures ou stages, on peut véritablement trouver des pépites d'or. Néanmoins, une fois l'euphorie bienfaisante passée dû à cet “effet découverte”, les résultats escomptés s'évanouissent assez rapidement pour donner des “effets secondaires” loin de ce que l'on attendait … En clair, on s'est fait avoir mais qui oserait aller clamer sur les toits qu'il s'est fait avoir ? Il en résulte un foisonnement incroyable de vendeurs d'épanouissement personnel où il est difficile de séparer le bon grain de l'ivraie. Quand je vois les titres et les désignations que certains s'affublent, je me sens des fois vraiment petit ! Petit surtout dans le sens de l'imagination car vraiment ce sont des inventeurs de mots à faire rêver. Pour éviter d'aller à la chasse à la sorcière, je ne vais pas lister ici ce genre de vocabulaire car sinon je vais m'attirer les foudres bienveillantes de ces marchands du temple du développement personnel. Alors, quelle est cette clé pour mieux vous épanouir ? D'abord, la toute première chose, est d' arrêter de prendre des vessies pour des lanternes en comprenant que c'est vous seul qui arriverez à vous sortir de vos ornières. Il n'existe aucune potion magique miracle qui, sur un coup de baguette magique, vous ferait progresser grâce à l'épaisseur de votre compte en banque. Là-dessus, les lois divines sont très claires ! Alors n'allez pas vous endetter, voire vous stresser à fond, parce que vous voulez, tout compte fait, gagner du temps tout en n'en faisant le moins possible. Les raccourcis sont toujours très prometteurs surtout si vous avez de l'ambition ! Dit autrement, votre ego vous mène par le bout du nez et forcément il ya une faune d'escrocs bien intentionnés et hyper professionnels pour vous vider le porte monnaie tout en vous promettant des résultats mirobolants. Certains vous ouvriront les chakras, d'autres vous soigneront de vos très vieilles blessures karmiques ou vous redonneront un état de santé que vous n'avez probablement jamais eu, etc… La première de toutes les clés du développement personnel, et donc du fameux épanouissement personnel, est : il vous faudra y mettre vraiment du vôtre et cela tous les jours de votre vie. Il s'agit du témoignage d'un Indien Hopi (Ours Blanc) qui relate avec beaucoup de générosité l'histoire de ses ancêtres‚ celle qui s'est transmise de génération en génération et ceci pendant des milliers d'années… Ours Blanc raconte l'histoire de son peuple‚ les Hopis‚ et les relations qu'il a su garder avec le créateur et ses auxiliaires célestes‚ les différents Kachinas. Il nous dévoile cette guerre absurde qui opposa ses ancêtres qui vivaient sur Mu (Kásskara) au peuple d'Atlantis (Talawaitichqua) et la destruction de ces deux mondes. Le monde d'Atlantis est décrit comme une société en pleine décadence. Ours Blanc relate ainsi le pénible exile de son peuple vers le continent américain il ya 80.000 ans‚ ce qui discrédite pleinement la thèse de l'arrivée des Indiens il ya 10 à 12.000 ans par le détroit de Béring… Voilà donc un récit remarquable à bien des égards ! Ce document n'a jamais été traduit en anglais et encore moins en français. Il provient d'un livre en allemand édité en 1979 et intitulé « Kásskara und die Sieben Welten » (Kásskara et les Sept Mondes). Nous avons traduit pour vous uniquement la partie qui concerne le témoignage d'Ours Blanc‚ soit un tiers de l'ouvrage. Le reste étant une remarquable analyse du récit d'Ours Blanc rédigée par l'auteur du livre‚ Joseph F. Blumrich. Nous avons ajouté quelques photographies et légendes qui ne font pas partie de l'ouvrage original afin de donner plus de vie à ce dossier. Joseph F. Blumrich a travaillé à la NASA de 1959 à 1974. Il a notamment participé à la conception de la structure du propulseur de Saturn V qui permit aux astronautes américains d'aller officiellement fouler le sol de la Lune. Il a aussi collaboré à la conception de Skylab. Je m'étonne que son ouvrage ne soit jamais sorti en dehors du territoire germanique. Malheureusement‚ Joseph F. Blumrich est décédé en 2002. Ce n'est donc pas demain que son travail sera apprécié à sa juste valeur. Cette traduction n'a pour but que de diffuser la vérité au plus grand nombre. by Carl Johan Calleman  Il ya environ huit ans, John Major Jenkins et moi-même avons eu une discussion au sujet de la signification de la date de la fin du calendrier Maya, la question étant de savoir plus précisément si les énergies du Compte Long se terminent le 28 Octobre 2011 ou le 21 Décembre 2012.
Ceci demeure encore le point le plus important auquel est confrontée toute personne s'intéressant au « phénomène 2012 », mais alors qu'à l'époque le débat aurait pu paraître théorique, voire même donner matière à tergiverser, c'est à présent un sujet qui a des conséquences considérables et concrètes quant à notre façon d'envisager le futur.
Alors que de nombreuses personnes voudraient occulter le sujet ou ménager la chèvre et le chou concernant cette date butoir, personne ne peut le faire tout en gardant intacte son intégrité intellectuelle.
Depuis cette discussion, Jenkins est apparu dans un documentaire sur une Chaîne télévisée consacrée à l'Histoire (la History Channel), où le 21 Décembre 2012 est présenté comme une date déterminée à l''avance comme celle d'un « Jugement Dernier » où le monde toucherait à sa fin. Je reçois un bon nombre de courriers, provenant parfois de jeunes gens qui s'inquiètent du fait que le monde va se terminer à cette date depuis qu'ils ont vu ce documentaire posté sur YouTube.
Alors que la plupart des personnes instruites rejetteraient certainement cette manière de présenter le calendrier Maya, il est tout de même important de se poser la question à qui cela bénéficie.
En dehors des gens participants à de tels documentaires, je ressens qu'il ya également effectivement beaucoup de personnes qui prétendent que le calendrier Maya va s'arrêter le 21 Décembre 2012 . Cependant, je ne crois pas que le fait que nous n'entendions pas parler dans les médias du 28 Octobre 2011 est dû au hasard. Pour commencer, autant que je sache, aucune personne adhérant à la date du 28 Octobre 2011 n'a jamais présentée celle-ci comme une date de fin du monde déterminée à l'avance et donc associant indûment le calendrier Maya à la peur.
