The spirit of human beings is composed of three main faculties and complementary:

Introduction

Joseph F. Blumrich worked at NASA from 1959 to 1974. He participated in the design of the structure of the Saturn V booster that enabled U.S. astronauts to go officially set foot on the Moon. He also collaborated on the design of Skylab.

I am surprised that his work is never released outside the Germanic territory. Unfortunately, Joseph F. Blumrich died in 2002. The arguments in favor of a cashless society in which production is to satisfy human needs and where the production for sale and the market economy are abolished, based on the following fact: modern industry and technology have developed to such a degree that they could provide an abundance of consumer goods and services to the entire population of the world, provided they are used rationally to achieve this goal.

The problems of production in sufficient quantity for all are already solved. After long efforts to combat the shortage of man is come to its end and the possibility of producing in abundance has become a reality. But this can be accomplished within the framework of a society where the means of production are owned by a minority and where wealth is produced for sale for profit. The only part where this abundance would be feasible is that of a society in which all resources, whether natural or industrial, have become, under democratic control, the common heritage of all mankind. Under these conditions only, is it possible to democratically decide what will be produced and meet human needs? In such a society, market, wages, profits, purchase and sale would be out of context, they would end up simply to exist.
